Nell Graydon's Cook Book

First published in 1970, this popular cookbook was revised in 1985, with additional recipes and new illustrations by Columbia, S. C., artist Anna Kay Singley.  Filled with traditional southern recipes, the book has a special seafood section with recipes gathered from many summers on Edisto Island.
